1. ORDER

Products can be ordered on the website www.vipitalianfashion.com. Every order comes in your choice of case binding. VIP Italian Fashion does not guarantee the availability of goods at the time of ordering. In case of unavailability, products cannot be replaced with other items.Every customer has the right to know the status of the order by e-mail.  2. DELIVERY

Items available in stock are usually dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Items that are out of stock will be dispatched no later than 14 working days from the order. The price of packaging is a fixed cost, while the price of shipping varies depending on the weight and the rate of Czech post office or courier DPD. If you choose to dispatch with Czech Post, the package weight from 0.5 kg will be shipped as ,,Balik do ruky’’(delivery within 2 days of dispatch in the territory of the Czech Republic) or as ,,Business Package '' (for orders outside the Czech Republic, fast delivery). All packages are insured. When you purchase more products we advise you to order them in one order to save on shipping costs. We are not able to combine two separate orders with the same consignee and destination. In this case, each order will be charged packing and shipping separately. Orders will be sent by VIP Italian Fashion by Czech Post or courier DPD to the name and address of the customer indicated in the order. Shipping is not available outside the territory of the EU. The shipment will include the goods and the sales document. Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in order to contact, shipping and delivery of products chosen by the carrier chosen.  3. PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

Price for a single delivery of order is dependent on the number of ordered items (their weight) and is governed by valid price list of the Czech Post and DPD.

The payment of the ordered goods can be made in the following ways:

 a) Paypal and credit cards through Paypal - Paypal system offers the possibility to pay with the price of purchasing goods with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club). Registration to paypal is not mandatory for buyer to pay by credit card. Payment is simple and secure as any other online payment with credit card. For more information visit https://www.paypal.com.

 b) Cash on delivery of goods – the purchase price will be paid by the buyer in cash upon receipt of the consignment to the authorized carrier delivering the goods. The payment of the purchase price is a mandatory condition for the delivery of the goods.

 c) The bank transfer:

 - In the case of payment in Euro, the purchase price will be paid by the bank transfer to the account of the e-shop IBAN CZ3701000001150447820267, BIC/SWIFT KOMBCZPPXXX held by Komercni Banka (Societe Generale French commercial bank branch). The purchase price of EURO must be credited to the bank account mentioned above no later than 7 business days, or else the order will be automatically cancelled.

 - In the case of payment in CZK, the purchase price will be paid by the bank transfer to the account of the e -shop number 107-3765410267/0100 held by Komercni Banka (Societe Generale French commercial bank branch). The purchase price of CZK must be credited to the bank account mentioned above no later than 7 business days, or else the order will be automatically cancelled .

 d) Online payment with credit card - the purchase price will be paid by the purchaser through 3D Secure Payment Gateway KB (Global Payments Europe) at the time of order. The items will be shipped the next business day. We accept with the following cards: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners Club International.

 4. RETURNED GOODS AND COMPLAINTS

The products can be ordered on the website https://www.trifunfit.com. All ordersareavailable in any case binding. VIP Italian Fashion does not guarantee that the goods ordered at the time of the order are available. Unavailable items cannot be exchanged withanother item. Every customer has the right to be informed about the status of the order by e – mail.  Information on the status of an order can also be obtained by email info@vipitalianfashion.com

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can make a complaint and return the items intact including all parts and accessories within 14 days of delivery. Thecustomer will ship the goods to the seller, who will pay the costs.This procedure is under the Czech law §53 par. 7 of the Civil Code.

 All items must be returned with the valid receipt and in the original packaging.

 All items cannot be used and /or damaged.

 All items purchased are covered by a legal guarantee of two years.
